What's covered

Every FACBOTALL piece is covered by a 12-month limited guarantee from delivery against manufacturing and structural defects under normal household use — a shelf that fails at its rated load, a drawer glide that breaks, a finish that flakes, or missing and damaged parts on arrival.

What's not covered

• Normal wear, scratches and cosmetic marks from everyday use
• Damage from overloading a shelf beyond its rating or from improper assembly
• Damage from moisture, heat or use the piece wasn't designed for
• Pieces modified from their original design

How to claim

Email support@facbotall.net with your order number and a photo of the issue. Most claims are resolved with free replacement parts; where a part can't solve it, we'll replace the piece.
