30-day returns

If a tool isn't right for you, return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or replacement. Items should be in resalable condition and, where possible, in the original packaging.

How to start a return

Email support@facbotall.net with your order number and the reason. We'll reply with instructions within 24 hours.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds go to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Damaged or defective

For anything that arrived damaged or faulty, you don't need to return it first — send us a photo and we'll make it right with a replacement.
